Parallels operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, and clothing products in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Parallels is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By using these Services, you represent that you are at least 21 years of age (the age of majority under Egyptian Law) or have received parental/guardian consent. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. All information provided must be accurate and complete.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS

We specialize exclusively in clothing. We have made every effort to display the colors and textures of our garments accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the real-life color of the fabric.

All clothing descriptions are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to limit quantities per person or per order.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

An order placement is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline any order (e.g., due to pricing errors or stock unavailability). Your order is only confirmed once we send a shipment confirmation.

Personal Use Only: By ordering, you warrant that the clothing is for personal or household use and not for commercial resale.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices for our clothing are subject to change. Unless stated otherwise, posted prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).

Taxes: Prices posted are final. Parallels is not currently a VAT-registered entity; therefore, prices do not include Value Added Tax, and no VAT will be charged on your purchase.
You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship within Egypt. While we provide estimated delivery dates, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or events outside our control (Force Majeure). Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, logos, and content related to Parallels clothing are the intellectual property of Parallels. You may not reproduce, "copy," or redistribute our clothing designs or brand materials for commercial use without prior written consent.

SECTION 7 - PROHIBITED USES

In addition to standard prohibitions (malware, harassment, etc.), you are strictly prohibited from using any automated tools, scraping, or AI agents to harvest data from our store or to automate bulk purchases for resale purposes.

SECTION 8 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange in accordance with our Refund Policy, which is governed by the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. This includes your right to a 14-day return for any reason (if the item is in original condition) and a 30-day return for manufacturing defects.

SECTION 9 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by Egyptian Law, Parallels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our clothing or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

SECTION 10 - GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.

SECTION 11 - CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
