Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping at Parallels! We are committed to delivering our garments to you as quickly and reliably as possible.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all governorates within the Arab Republic of Egypt. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM will begin processing the following business day.
- You will receive a notification once your order has been handed over to our shipping partner.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines vary based on your location:

Please note that delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS containing a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery in real-time.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our shipping partners will typically attempt to deliver your package two times. If you are unavailable during both attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Please note:
- Ensure your shipping address and contact phone number are accurate to avoid delivery failures.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, a re-shipping fee may apply.
6. Inspection Upon Delivery
In accordance with our Return Policy, we encourage you to inspect the exterior of your package upon arrival. If the packaging appears severely damaged or tampered with, please document the damage and contact us immediately at store@parallels-eg.com.
7. Changes to Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to redirect it to a different location.
