Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Our policy is designed to protect your rights in accordance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.

1. Return Period

  • 14-Day Return Window: You have 14 days after receiving your clothing item to request a return for any reason (change of mind, size preference, etc.), provided the item is in its original "as-sold" condition.
  • Defective Goods: If the item is defective or does not match the description provided, you have the right to return it within 30 days of receipt.

2. Return Fees

  • Flat Rate Shipping: For change-of-mind returns, a flat rate return shipping fee of E£80.00 will apply. This amount will be deducted from your final refund.
  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any additional restocking or processing fees for returns.

3. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your clothing must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • It must have all original tags and labels attached.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

4. Non-Returnable Items

In accordance with Egyptian Law and our store policy, returns/exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Customized Clothing: Items made to your specific measurements or personalized designs.
  • Hygiene-Sensitive Items: For health and safety reasons, items such as undergarments, socks, or swimwear cannot be returned if the protective seal or original packaging has been opened.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at store@parallels-eg.com. Once your request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label (subject to the E£80.00 fee) and instructions. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

6. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the garment is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. In cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors, the E£80.00 return shipping fee will be waived.

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be refunded the purchase price (minus the E£80.00 return shipping fee, if applicable) via your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically initiated within 10 business days.
  • Please note that banks or credit card issuers may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
